From the man who brought us Super Size Me, comes the show where people are given thirty days to live in a life that is unlike their own - this is the best of the so called "reality" TV shows, if you even want to compare it to them. Morgan Spurlock and his team change the lives of the people who take part in this journey; it may seem as it is just another superficial show on TV, but it is far from it. Not only are these one hour shows enjoyable to watch; they are greatly educational. I recommend it to everyone - they air most of the Wednesdays during summer on FX.
