Retired Pages |
I try to bring you guys a lot of fun things, but even some fun things must come to an end (or never even really begin). Here is a list of all the pages that I've retired over the years. Beware that some of the pages may not be as beautiful as I had originally intended. |

American Body Shop |

A great show from Comedy Central about a body shop with some... strange employees. The ads for it were great, the first episode was great, everyone loved it... except Comedy Central. For me, it went on the air at a bad time, I left for San Francisco after episode two and I never got around to putting the rest on my site. The series just started to make its way around the time slots, even made its way to SpikeTV, but all at late, late hours which means that it's on its way to get cancelled. So even though I, and many others, thought it was a great show and had potential, it didn't grab that audience it needed. Only one episode is up, the Pilot episode entitled "Flammers". That's how it will stay. But who knows, if they come out with a DVD of Season 1 (highly unlikely), I'll put the rest of the episodes up, because it really is a great show. But until then, it too is retired.

Commercials |

I'm a lover of all things media, Film, Television, Commercials; especially commercials. I can watch a television commercial and get teary eyed as if I was watching The Notebook. There's always been something about the 15 to 30 seconds, or even more, that has always excited me. They're like television re-runs that never end running, the only problem is that you can never track them down. If you see a great commercial, you can never watch it again unless it randomly shows up the next break or the next week. So to fix this, I decided to create a section dedicated entirely to Commercials. They didn't have to be necessarily funny or sad, just a commercial that would alert your senses. I tried and failed, so I retired the page. It became more of a job than an enjoyment, and when things become routine like that, it almost always means that something has got to be changed, and besides, I never updated it with Super Bowl XLI commercials. I still love commercials though, and the commercials will always be up. Maybe someday I will revamp the section with more of them arriving, and faster. But until then, it's retired.

Advanced Placement Vocabulary |

When I used to go to SOCES, we had a teacher named Mr. Carroll. Every week Mr. Carroll would give us a quiz, a vocabulary quiz; unlike other teachers, Mr. Carroll would not provide us with definitions to simple words, oh no. Mr Carroll chose tough words and let us define them on our own. Makes it easier for a teacher, but horrible for a student as he or she would never know if the definitions were correct. I started the class around the same time I started this server, so I decided that I'd take advantage of my 24/7 website and post the words for all to download whenever so they pleased (most usually the morning of the quiz). After two years, many errors, and a few pranks, I had to say good-bye to the lists as we had graduated and now add them here for further students to download, if they are the same. There are two pages, Page 1 for years 2005-2006 (11th Grade) and Page 2 for years 2006-2007 (12th Grade).

Websites |

I started this website after I finished two other websites - without them, you probably would have an empty void to fill in your day (haha, like you even come to my site). So I decided it was necessary to pay homage to those sites and list them on a part of the page, and to show off my sites just in case anyone wanted to pay me. But the people I worked with, their thoughts weren't the same as mine - that made me look bad as I had little to no freedom to create what I wanted. So I decided that I would end the page and no one would ever know of those sites I made in the past, until now. They weren't the last sites I built, but they're a few of the first. Check them out if you'd like, but don't judge me by them, judge me by this site.

Reviews |

I was an ambitious kid. Thought I could be like the big boys and review movies, but better. Twice a month I said. I only managed three and a half in four months. And in the end, the laziness got the better of me and I was forced to stop. I even stopped half way through a Kubrick review (it was Kubrick months, so those were what my reviews were about, Kubrick films). I don't even know if you can call them reviews, I haven't read any since I wrote them (and I'd rather you do the same). But it I retired them with v.3 because there just was nowhere for them to be linked... until now!

The Ultimate "I Want" List |

Many sites offer their versions of "Wish Lists", I did them one better. I offered a wish list that showed only the things that I wanted - my "I Want" list (they weren't only wishes). It was probably the first very well done page organization wise, but over the few years, I grew tired of realizing I would never get that 850 and decided to call it quits; though, I probably bought 30% of them over time. With v.3, I didn't have anywhere to link the page, yet I still updated it until May as people still somehow managed to visit, so I ended it. I won't update it anymore, as it is now retired, but feel free to go through and read and click through and even buy the things I wanted to.
