Barry B. Benson remote control beeAlright, so the Saints lost Monday night. And not only did they lose the game, they lost Deuce. Yes. He's gone. The starting running back tore his ACL in the left knee after jumping up high for a ball thrown by Brees when he was under pressure. The play led to zero gained yards. So basically, it was probably one of the worst choices of the game. This all happened in the beginning of the game too. Deuce was supposed to run a lot of plays Monday night, Reggie isn't as great as Deuce is when it comes to running straight through the hole, and it being their third game, they needed some answers. Deuce was supposed to be one of them. But the Titans' defensive line, especially Haynesworth, was getting all over the runners, so the running game may not have been too hot. Anyway, Deuce ended up leaving the game and he now needs surgery and is out for the whole season! So what are the Saints going to do? Can Reggie replace Deuce? They've tried it in the past. Reggie just can't go down the middle, he seems too scared, he finds the need to run to the sides like he loved to do at USC. So Reggie probably won't replace him. But then who? Aaron Stecker will probably take over his job. But it still won't be the same. Deuce really brought a lot, not this year so far though. So they've lost all of their games so far. But this third game was very winnable. Very, but was not. There was one fumble in the fourth that changed it all. Brees' fumble. Brees had five turnovers the whole game, four interceptions (those are Grossman numbers! Even worse, he only has six interceptions, Brees has seven... and Grossman was replaced with veteran Griese - Brees won't be replaced!) and one fumble. The fumble really did it for the Saints. It was 17 - 14 before the fumble, Saints were down by three, but were up by four for a good while. Saints had it a little past midfield on Titans territory, the fourth quarter had just begun, and Brees was rushed and the Titans forced a fumble. Titans recovered. Vince threw for a touchdown. We were down by 10. When we got the ball back again, it was intercepted, for the second time by Bulluck. Titans got it down for field goal range. They missed! We were still down by 10 with a little under five minutes left in the game. A touchdown and a field goal would tie it and we could go on further! We still had a chance. But two game minutes later, Drew threw another interception. Third one. Titans ran that in for a touchdown. Okay, down by 17. Three game minutes left. We were probably going to lose, but we couldn't give up. What happens? Less than two minutes later, another interception. And that was the game. If that fourth quarter fumble did not happen, who knows how the game could've ended. Saints had no rhythm in the first quarter, found it in the second, maintained it in the third, and lost it all over again in the fourth. Now what? Bye week. Panthers in Week 5 at home and then we go from there. Tied for last in the division with the Falcons; Panthers and Bucs both are 2 - 1, and they play each other in Week 4. Can the Saints make it back to the Playoffs? I'm going to guess that the two Wild Cards are going to be both in the NFC East (again), Redskins and Eagles, so that means the Saints have to get to the top of their division. Will they be able to? ... Yes, it's possible. Is it probable? Shut up. Go Saints!

But let's forget about the woes of football for a while. Let's focus on happier things, laughable things, electronic things. The first remote controlled flying bee! Yipee! Seinfeld's Bee Movie comes out in little over a month and I can't wait! Neither can others it seems because a company called WowWee (the company behind RoboSapien) made a remote controlled bee, a Barry B. Benson remote controlled bee! It goes 18mph! But can only go 50 feet. So it kind of sucks, probably way too heavy. But isn't that thing damn hilarious? Just look at it. They should have a special one with the Jerry suited one. That would be even more hilarious! And for $50, this thing is great. I'd so buy this over Halo 3 (honestly, that game has always scared the crap out of me, one of the greatest games ever, but too scary!). It's out at RadioShack and Toys "R" Us stores in October. Anyone want to buy it for me? It'll only add to my remote controlled air vehicle collection! haha, this thing is too hilarious. That's all guys. New episodes of Sunny tonight, something about some stupid guy from high school being a cool fashion designer, and episode two has the gang solving the North Korea situation after some Koreans try to get rid of Paddy's Pub. Sounds great. Remember to catch it tonight on FX at 10, and if you miss it, I'll have it up. Oh, and I know I kind of dissed Halo 3 a second ago, but I really do love the game, but I'm not too excited about it as I love the multiplayer aspect of it the most and everyone's off at college so I can't do that. So instead of buying that I bought skate., that game is awesome! I shopped victoriously. It hasn't come yet so I've been playing the demo for a few days. I'll post about it when it comes, Insha Allah. And I hope all you college kids had a good first day of classes. Until next time everyone, take care. see u.
