Don't talk! Let me preface by saying that I am real tired. Extremely exhausted. More exhausted than if I had been walking behind cars all day. I haven't been this tired since that one summer in Acapulco when that clown wouldn't stop tormenting me. Look, I'm so exhausted that I'm making up stories about clowns, I don't even like clowns. They're always staring at you with a smile, giving you that stink eye. I don't know what a stink eye is but it sure does smell bad. This guy in a white
Eclipse was giving me the stink eye today, then he parked in front of my car and got out and I thought he was going to do something to my car but he ended up just walking towards me instead. I confronted him, and he got scared. Turned out he wasn't even looking at me. I was dumb enough to go
walking around the
Sepulveda Dam today with my camera to take shots for my class at high noon. You shouldn't do that when you don't have access to water. I lost vision a few times - you know, like if you get up real fast and then your head starts to spin? Like that but I wasn't getting up. Then I drove to
Fry's and walked by miles and miles of liquid they sell before you checkout. I love
Vault. I should've bought one. When I break this fast tonight I'm not going to consume any solid foods, I'm going to bask in two gallons of water. Yes, that shall be fantastic.
Anyway, the real reason I wanted to write this post today is to let all of you guys know that the
Saints' first
Monday Night Football game is tonight at 5:30 on
ESPN (
Countdown starts at 4). They are 0 - 2 and it'll be their first game at home all year, which might warrant the two losses already. The first was against the
Colts and the second against
Tampa Bay. Tampa Bay is in their division and it is leading the division right now.
Falcons are last and the
Panthers are second. Who knew they had such a difficult division? They shouldn't. Tonight the Saints play the
Titans. They are last in their division, but they at least have a win. Saints have been looking horrible, extremely awful. Beyond words ugly. I only got to see
Game 1, but a few "highlights" (I use that term very loosely) showed me that
Game 2 was just as bad, especially against Tampa Bay.
Reggie's gone backwards in development, none of the receivers are getting any balls,
Brees looks real amateurish,
Deuce is hardly in the game, not to mention the defense! But this team has been an offensive team from the start, and they can't even get that together! But we all know they have it in them. We all know the Saints are a fantastic and amazing team with a fantastic and amazing city and fans. They can totally pull it together tonight. It's the first home game. 0 - 2? They were in the
NFC Championship Game last year against the horrible, horrible
Bears (the Bears are horrible, that was just another sad display of
Wrecks Grossman last night,
Cowboys are looking great though!). They're going to pull it together tonight, they are not an 0 - 2 team. Not at all. The Titans' wide receivers are saying that they're going to mess with the Saints' cornerbacks because they have been getting such bad treatment lately that all they will be thinking about is covering their men. So the Titans want to play mind games, eh? We'll see if any of that works. Tonight will be the Saints' first win, and then with next week's Bye they'll be even more ready for the Panthers and
beyond.
Vince Young,
LenDale White, Reggie Bush, it's
Rose Bowl 2006 all over again - except
Leinart is in
Arizona (and was sadly kicked out of the QB position yesterday) and Vince won't win the game again. Tonight's game is going to be off the hook! Go Saints! Oh, and I'm now getting love from those four colleges I mentioned earlier, thanks guys! I'll visit you soon!1! Take care everyone, see u.
